Photography Check List:

Allow up to 60 minutes to properly photograph the interior and exterior.

The agent will have all digital files within 24 hours. Please advise owner to clean and de-clutter.

Turn on all lights and open all window shades before we arrive to photograph. Clean off kitchen counters.

Please remove any signs of pets such as dog bowls, dog beds, cat scratching posts, etc.

Take all items off the refrigerator and put bathroom items like toothbrushes away and out of sight.

Make sure ceiling fans are turned off (leave lights on) and cars are out of the driveway.
